Over the last few years, I have been very fortunate to see some amazing real estate investments. Not only have a I helped many investors achieve double-digit returns, I am able to do it through extremely well secured investment structures like low LTV notes or real estate purchases in some of the country’s most stable markets.

While yielding a 9-11% return is pretty awesome and can be life changing over the long run, it pales in comparison to the best investment I’ve ever seen.

Several years ago, I made a $13 investment in a used copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad: The Cash Flow Quadrant. The principles that are taught in this book have made (or saved) me tens of thousands of dollars AND changed my life.

Let’s say that you spend $13 on the book, which makes you $20,000.

That’s a 1,538% return!

If you know anywhere else I can get returns like that, just let me know – I won’t need that many of them!

The truth is: investing in your own financial education is by far the best ROI possible.

  • Reading Financial Education Books
  • Attending Real Estate Seminars
  • Finding A Mentor
  • Networking With Other Investors

These are the ways to get the best return-on-investment!

Focusing on your own financial education is crucial going forward. The old stockbroker’s “buy-and-hold” mantras are long gone.  And due to the mainstream media constantly pumping the “save money and invest in stocks” ideology out to the public, you are going to have to go through alternative routes to find good information.

It is time to get rid of the mainstream philosophies on investing and take control over your investments. No matter when dot com, start up, or pirate equity groups say, financial education is always, the best investment i’ve ever seen.
